Yes We Bake came to us as a beloved local bakery with a loyal customer base but no cohesive brand presence. Their challenge? Standing out in a saturated dessert market while still preserving the warmth and charm that made them special.

We reimagined their brand from the ground up — developing a cheerful yet elevated identity system rooted in indulgence, familiarity, and feel-good moments. From logo design and packaging to tone of voice and visual direction, every detail was crafted to spark appetite and emotional connection.
