All designs, visuals, and creative content remain the intellectual property of Graphix Bae until full payment is received. After full payment, limited rights to use the designs are transferred to the client. Graphix Bae reserves the right to showcase the work in portfolios, social media, or marketing materials.

3. Payments & Refunds

All payments are due as per the schedule outlined in your service proposal. In general, we do not offer refunds once work has commenced. Any exceptions must be agreed upon in writing.

4. Revisions

Each project includes a fixed number of revisions, as stated in your proposal. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

5. Limitation of Liability

Graphix Bae is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our designs or website. We do not guarantee any specific business results, including leads, traffic, or sales.
